We are not an AV dealer. We will specify a system, install the infrastructure and integrate it, but you buy the equipment from your supplier at their price. Where a better device exists than one we make, we specify the better device.

Multi-room audio
Amplifier and speakers of your choosing, zoned to match the lighting zones so a scene can move both. Cabling from the rack decided at first fix.
Cinema room
Projector, screen, sources and acoustic treatment coordinated with your AV supplier; we hold the control, the cabling and the scene that dims the room.
Outdoor audio
Weather-rated speakers on their own zone with their own volume limit, so a terrace scene does not carry into a neighbour's garden.
Screens and sources
Displays, streamers and set-top boxes brought onto the same keypads and scenes, over IP or IR depending on what the device actually supports.

Almost all of this is cable, and cable is a first-fix decision.
Cable routes are the whole job
Speaker, HDMI and control runs are specified at first fix. Adding a route afterwards means a chase, and in a villa that usually means a room out of use for a week.
Speaker position is an acoustic decision
Where a speaker goes is your AV supplier's call, not ours and not the electrician's. We provide the route and the control; the position comes from their layout.
One control protocol per device
IP where a device supports it, RS-232 where it does not, IR only as a last resort — IR cannot report state, so the app can never be sure whether the screen is on.
Rack location and heat
Amplifiers and sources generate heat and noise. The rack needs ventilation and a position that is neither a cupboard under the stairs nor the middle of the living room.
We will specify a better device than ours
Where a third-party product is the right answer, we say so and you buy it. Being the manufacturer is not a reason to sell you the wrong part.
