What we do not do
We do not make curtains or tracks, and we do not fit fabric. We supply and integrate the motors and control, and we work to your curtain supplier's track drawing.
Four ways to stop the sun.
They are specified differently and cost differently. What a room needs depends on which facade it is on and what the glass already does.
Roller blinds
The quiet default. A tubular motor inside the roller, sized to fabric weight and drop — and the only type where a pocket in the ceiling has to exist before the plaster goes on.
Curtain track
For fabric that hangs. The motor pulls a corded track, so the track drawing from your curtain supplier is what we size against, not the window opening.
External louvres and pergola
The only shading that stops heat before it enters the glass. Needs a wind sensor and a safe position, because a louvre left open in a shamal is a repair.
Sheer plus blackout
Two layers on one opening, on separate circuits — sheer for the day and blackout for sleep. Doubles the motor count, which is the part that surprises people.
Five things that cannot be added later.
Every one of these is a builder's-work item. After the ceiling closes, the answer is a surface-mounted box.
Power at the head of every opening
A motorised opening needs a live at its head. Pulling one afterwards means a chase down a finished wall or a visible trunking run — this is the single most common retrofit refusal.
Track length and fabric weight set the motor
We size against your curtain supplier's drawing. A motor chosen before the fabric is picked is a motor that either strains or is oversized and loud.
Sun position, not a clock
Sunset moves by more than five hours across a Polish year — 16:00 in December, past 21:00 in June. A schedule on clock time closes the west facade at the wrong moment for most of it.
External shading needs a wind sensor
A safe retract position and a wind threshold, wired so it overrides every scene and every app command. Not optional on a louvre or a pergola.
Part-open positions need feedback
A motor that reports its position can be told to go to 40%. One that does not can only be run for a number of seconds, which drifts out of alignment within weeks.
